COMMUNITY PRIDE IS ON THE RISE! We were so pleased to have such a large, positive attendance at the board meeting in August. It was great to see new faces and hear new voices taking such an interest in the community. Thanks to all those who attended! Together we will continue to build community pride within the association and work together to make this place everyone wants to live.
As you may have noticed, we began reconstruction of our basketball and tennis courts. Work began the last week of August and should continue for approximately six (6) weeks. We will extend the hours of our patrol service to ensure no one interferes with the construction. We expect you will be pleased with the finished product. We will also take this time to re-seed the grass in the park. This will entail scalping the grass before applying new seeding. Don't be alarmed if the grass appears to be dying through September, it's part of the process. The reseeding will take place during October which is the best time of year for us to do this, per our landscaping company Park West.
Finally - the board is going to attempt to address the issue of community termite treatment. Be on the lookout for this ballot and be sure to complete yours and send it back to us. We must reach quorum to proceed. Failure to do so may result in thousands of dollars of termite damage to your property!
