Current Project
We are focusing the next two months is going to on turf, turf, turf. Our goal is to shut down the water here shortly and spray all the turf to kill it. Don't worry we won't use dangerous pesticides. In the following weeks,we will completely scalp the existing grass down and have the overseeding completed by mid-October which is the most optimal time to have this work completed. Then we will water, water, water and continue to stay on it until it is all in and evened out. We will then perform a full irrigation check and make any adjustments as needed.
Acceptable Plants
If you desire to plant anything in front of your home, please remember to complete an architectural application (see Forms) and submit for approval. Approved plants for the planter areas are:
Phoenix Robellini (Palms), Birds of Paradise, Raphiolepsis 'Pink Lady' (shrub/color/mid-level)
Agapanthus (border/seasonal color), Podocarpus Gracilior (Tree/Tall Shrub/Evergreen)
Society Garlic (Not at all locations. Mostly used for dog deterrent (Urine))
Ligustrum (mid-level shrub), Pittisporum Variegata (mid-level shrub)
Boxwood (lower level shrub/border), Flax
