What are we working on now?
- Park West Landscaping Management, our landscaping vendor, is still working on the grassy areas within the community. You may have noticed how well the grass has been coming in. They will continue to overseed areas that need it.
- The new tennis and basketball courts are completed! Homeowners will need to contact the board at VTHBoard@yahoo.com or 714-962-9911 to schedule a time to pick up a copy of the key to the locks. NOTE: the pool has been re-keyed to match the courts so that you need only one key for all amenities. Bring your old key to exchange for the new one or otherwise you will be required to give a $50 deposit for a new key. Keys can only be distributed to homeowners - not renters.
- Our next project will be re-roofing the carports. We are also looking into renovating/updating the clubhouse.
We continue to strive to make this one of the best places to live in South Huntington Beach!
